3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for immigration and relocation processes. Moveo cannot be held liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate client information.

4. Limitation of Liability

Moveo acts as a coordination and support partner. Final decisions regarding visa approvals, residence permits, and other government processes rest with the relevant Portuguese and European authorities. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
